Wear your silly hat, laugh and have fun! This is Subani's mantra when she is home with her children. Subani is a psychiatrist and a mom of two young girls. Subani's stories are inspired by their questions and conversations. Her debut book, Rainbow, Rainbow in the Sky, was inspired by their curiosity about rainbow formation. They laughed and giggled while counting and naming rainbow colors and learning the science behind its formation. This inspired Subani to publish this delightful poem in a picture book format. She has also published the first book in the "Melody the Unicorn" series, which encourages social and emotional learning.
