Where do you ship?
Currently, we are shipping board books in the US only. You can purchase paperback and hardcover versions on Amazon worldwide.
Is board book shipping free?
Yes, board book shipping is free in the US.
How long does it take for the package to deliver?
Your order will process once the payment is authorized and verified. Estimated delivery estimate for board book is 3-7 business days. Deliveries may take longer during the holidays or COVID restrictions.
How do you handle cancellations and returns?
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the package is shipped, it can not be cancelled. Please email us immediately if you would like to cancel your order.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees. Please email us at storiesbysubani@gmail.com if you would like to return your purchase.
My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take utmost care of our books while packaging, however we are sorry if they arrive damaged. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if you received a damaged or defective product.
